Here I am, busily putting you on a pedestal as someone who's got it all together - please don't destroy my illusions :-)

Seriously - I hope we can learn some coping strategies from you - particularly are you (still) married - did / does your wife know / cope? Is there anyone who does know, to whom you are 'accountable'?
