I know the diference between Evangelicals, JWs, Mormons, Catholics, Anglicans, Buddists. Knowing the differences doesn't mean I know which of these groups actually holds the moral high-ground, if there is such a place.

But to think that all these people combined could out-vote the only person (if such a person were to exist) in society who actually DOES know where the moral highground is, doesn't say very much for the democratic principle, extreme example though this is.

But yes, wether they be right or wrong, beliefs do have political impact. Now there ought to be a law against that :)
