Why would you make this statement? It seems to me that celibate persons of all stripes need guidance in making decisions.

In North America, at least, pedophiles who do not act on their attraction are discriminated in a variety of ways. Celibate BL teachers, for instance, cannot talk of their sexual attraction to their co-workers, and so forth.

Add to these concerns that many Christian BLs (celibate or not) are coming out of church experiences where they were shamed and guilted about their sexual attraction and I think its easy to understand why this support board exists.
