Today while I was getting a haircut, there was a mother and her toddler boy sitting across from me while the barber pretended to find hair on top of my head. The little boy was looking at me so I smiled back at him. Then came the surprise; his mother encouraged him to smile at me. Then she told him to wave at me. Apparently the hysterical fear of "strange" men has left a few people unscathed. I'm thankful for that! ---Ford |
