Hey Chris, Hopefully you can get that e-mail thing worked out -- I like the love that you show, and the poetic way you say things. It's cool. It's made me feel better that you and others see the positive in my story. I had been feeling guilty that I had somehow betrayed this boy because of my feelings for him, but it's been made more clear to me that I actually overcame the bad side of those feelings and was able to do a lot of good in his life. I know he will become a better man because of the good things I was able to speak into his life. I also hear what you're saying when you say that not only do we have a purpose to care for the boys in our lives, but we also have a purpose to encourage one another. This is the same thought that has been going through my mind when thinking what kind of purpose God must have for my life by being a boylover. I see my struggles as a way to understand others in their struggles, especially those trying to cope with the same feelings. I believe it to be a true God-send to find others who understand a big part of me that I have had to keep hidden for so long. It is such a relief to be able to talk to others about these things. I was feeling hopeless, and now I think I see the sun coming up over the horizon. It's going to be a beautiful day! ~Splash* |
