...sad to see you go Comfort. Over these past few weeks I have been following the discussions from a distance without getting involved. At moments I felt that it might have been good if I were to join in (not that I had anything important to add), but for various reasons I always decided not to. Now I regret that... This board is a support forum for christian BL's and well I was hardly offering anyone support by just watching. ;o( I agree with your take of things on quite a few points, but disagree on some others too. I'm trying to get to the point where I can say that I don't lust after boys, but I still have quite a way to go first. But I do try and when I fall flat on my face (again) I get up and try to move on. This is on of the things I think you put very well: 'I pray that it never is - it is not a 'religion' in that sense at all - it is all about the good news that we can live forever with our Creator, through the Lord Jesus Christ - it is a way of relationship with Him, by His rules, because He made us - not a way of how we can fit it conveniently into our culture or social schedule.' It's a matter of priorities... I try to adjust my life to fit my beliefs eventhough the opposite can seem so much easier. Sometimes it feels like I'm fighting an uphill battle and I'm not even sure which side I'm on. But I'd rather swim 'till my arms fall off, than go with the flow and hit the rocks at the bottom off the waterfall. ;o) I hope you reconsider and will continue posting here. Remember that when you post you aren't only talking to the ones who reply. There are far more readers than writers and maybe you have made a reader reconsider his point of view on an issue or encouraged someone else to give it just that one extra try, eventhough it seemed so much easier to just give up.
