how i remember, when at camp working with a camp full of boys, and I wanted to see was them filled with Jesus. Then the one year with short notice the directors of the camp came to me and asked that i be the director, because they had no one to do it. It was only three weeks before camp. I remember getting quite frustrated that I broke my hand on a door frame when I slammed it into the wall in frustration. To top it off the directors didn't want the counsellors using the cabin showers [as there was only three], and said wash in the lake. When I announced that to the counsellors [who were mostly age 15 to 22], they all almost walked out on me in the first week. What was amazing, despite all the problems we were in much prayer. And the boys at the camp were so filled with the Spirit of the Lord at the end of two weeks, they were singing the camp songs about Jesus going to and fro to their activities. Oh by the way I did bend the rules and allowed the counsellors to secretly have showers. Those years were the most moving of my life, and I would have boys running up to hug me and crying, not wanting to leave camp. And deep down I didn't want them to leave either.
