If I reach perfection, then what need is there for God? My imperfections and sins cause me to lean on God. Without my imperfections, what is God for?

P. S. I read 2Timothy. I still don't think we are to be perfect, yet 2Timothy 21 clearly states that by doing right, we will be used for special puroses. I think some of us are doing wonderful things, with God's help, while still being sinful (imperfect). The more we do what is pleasing to God, the better things are....the more blessings. However, I think being perfect is not what we are to become here on earth. The holy spirit is indeed changing us to take more steps forwards than backwards, but there are millions (perhaps an infinite amount) of steps to be taken. There doesn't seem to be enough time to change us to the degree you suggest. Indeed, if we did reach this perfection, we might walk on water, but we might begin to think we are God and be humbled rather quickly...
