Physical attraction is no doubt the reason we approach someone to begin with. I was thinking about this only this morning... I thought to myself that out of all the people I am friends with, I don't find any of them ugly, or repulsive... Does that mean that I am shallow, and only know attractive people? I thought about it and realized that at least some of them are unattractive, I don't see them that way because I know them as a person... I toyed with the thought of being intimate with someone I didn't really find physically attractive... And I realized that if I actually cared for them in that way, i.e.; loved them as a partner, that their appearance wouldn't necessarily matter all that much... I don't know what my life would have been like either. But I would have said no... I might later regret it, but I would have said no. If I were in a relationship with a boy, I would not force him into anything. If he said no, then I would accept his decision and there would be no more talk of it. If "love making" is only for physical pleasure, then it isn't love making, it's just sex. Which can easily be wrong, no matter who or what your partner is. True love making IS making love to someone because of the mind & spirit, not the flesh. But just because someone is attractive to you doesn't mean that you can't love them for who they really are...
