Excuses, excuses. Um, because hate and Christian excuses for it is wrong, perhaps? Because preaching from a pulpit that love is a sin is wrong, perhaps? Because pretending to love by taking care of AIDS victims while labeling them sinners is hypocritial and self indulgent? Because the message that people like Forgiven is spreading is evil? Those are a few starters. But what I hear Christians doing, time after time after time after time is making excuses for the evil and hatred. It's OLD. It's very old and it's lame. Am I frustrated? Damn straight, I am. I'm frustrated as fuck listening to hypocrites say how loving they are while preaching, encouraging or tolerating hatred. Jim |
