My Job

Hello everyone. It has been a very long time since i have posted here. But i wanted to write and say hi and to talk about my job briefly. I am working at a boys group home. One house i work has 7-10 year olds, another one has 11-15 year olds. I am a single person and felt lonely a lot, but now working with these youths has been great for me. They fill that empty void in my life. I feel blessed to be there with them, for them and helping them. There is no better feeling than making that connection with the boys and being the person they look up to as a role model and being the person they can trust etc. Just to be their friend is reward enough. And the huggs i receive fills my heart with joy. I am glad to be in the lives of these boys. They have really helped me to feel better about myself. Thank you for reading my post. God bless you all.
