Hi Once a Boy,

I think that's the reason I enjoy my job so much!

When I am riding to and from school with the kids, it always amazes me the things that they see, that we forget about when we grow up. In case you didn't know, I monitor the behavior of kids on a school bus, on their way to and from school. There are 14 of them, and range in age from 6 to 10… 11 of them are boys.

During their ride, they will always wait for that "special" bump in the road, a car that they admire, or maybe a dead cat near the railroad track that they have been watching for several days. They are always glad when it rains enough to fill up that puddle in the road where the bus will throw water in every direction… And, of course, they are always wishing it will snow hard enough so they can have a "snow day", and stay home from school to make snow angels, build a fort, a snow man, or simply play in the snow.

It's such a blessing to watch the world through the innocent eyes of a child.

Thanks for that song… It gave me pause that refreshes…

Peace…

~Andy
