I don't mean to confuse the whole comparison between teachers and boylovers again, but let me just say this. When I was in high school, I asked one of my teachers how they could stand to keep teaching the same boring material over and over every year. She said, "Well, the material is pretty routine after a while. But it is the fact that there are always new students to work with, that keeps this job interesting for me." Moving from one relationship to the next is NOT parasitic, assuming that the relationships are LOVING, and not lustful. This is how NORMAL people are with friendships, anyway. |
