I want to give the ultimate decision to BOTH people involved, with the boy having the final say in all cases. That is all.

Please, I am not trying to be impositional or self-righteous in my views. I just want you to know that I am as certain about what I believe as the rest of you may be about your beliefs. If I sound like I am not willing to listen to you or have discussion with you, that is not the case.

I will answer and reflect on and consider any and all thoughts and opininions and questions that may be directed at me.

I want to help, by offering my thoughts as one possible opinion for everyone to consider. Perhaps, in his own way, mvanhouten is just trying to do the same thing.
