It seems interesting to me that you make the assumption that sex between young people and older people will usually be damaging and that you ask Sprite and others to demonstrate that it is not. Especially interesting is your statement that intergenerational sex is "historically" damaging. Actually, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, history is PACKED with examples of societies in which intergenerational sex was quite norm. Emotional trauma is hardly intrinsic when talking about sex between men and boys. It's quite easy to demonstrate the manufactured occurance of such trauma. Equally interesting is your emotionally-laden terminology. "screwing a kid?" Please, Blanche. Anal intercourse is not a typical act among men and boys who enjoy sexual activity with one another. Nevertheless, some boys, according to anecdotal evidence, enjoy being penetrated. It's really not hard to figure out if somebody likes being fucked or doesn't like it. If two people are intimate and close, it's pretty simple to determine what sexual practices are enjoyable and which ones are not. You seem caught up in a paradigm that presupposes that sex is somehow "bad." If you stepped back from that and opened your mind to other possibilities, your perspective would probably be very different. Jim |
