Hi Mark, good to have you back! J sounds like a tricky character. "he was in a tight spot over his parents and his "manhood." ", "saying that I'm on the enemy side".... maybe he already feels he's gay? At least that's what we'd like the problem to be. Every boylover dreams of his YF being gay, so he can help and understand him at the deepest and most intimate levels. But hopes and fantasies are one thing, the reality of this boy's troubled life is something else. With time and patience, my guess is the two of you will become friends of sorts, and he'll learn to trust you. May God provide you with the wisdom he'll need to help him grow and feel loved. If he really is a genius, make sure he understands that it's ok to be stupid sometimes. Being smart isn't all there is to life. Enjoy the fun times with D.
