Hey Mark, it's good to have you back again, I have been doing somethinking about what you wrote. You meantioned Pastor Tim. I read his implications as "if you lived in the light, (and weren't doing anything wrong) you wouldn't need to be so secret." IOW You must be bad because you are hiding something. We know we have good reasons for our secrets. We know we aren't doing anything wrong on this board, but our presence here as addmitted boyloves does pose a real threat to us (physically and you and Mark professionally) But we aren't "living in the dark" no more than the early church was living in sin when it had to hide itself from Roman athorities. If it is wrong to have secrets, the the whole underground Christian church in China is committing one giant sin. The secrecy part also relates to one's sexual prefrence (not the right word but I can't think of the right one.) You speak of not being able to be honest about the positions you take because you can't fully explain you who prespective on the issue. You can fully express your opinions, because they can come from many different perspectives, and not just that of boylover (maybe you support gay rights, that doesn't mean your a boylover, or gay, you could have a close realitve who is gay, or maybe you are one that REALLY believes in "do unto others") Don't worry about explaining all the why's to them. Your sex life isn't their buisness. No more than the type of underware you like. As for the part about masterbating, we had this discussion a long time ago. It's God's way of releasing sexual tension. Also it's better that we do that, then go around almost mad with pent up frustration. It isn't wrong to have fantasys. I think that's why God gave us imaginations, as a place to try things out so we don't have to go through them in the real world (for example: I can imagine I'm sky diving, I don't need to be pushed out of a plane to get an idea of what it's like.)
