The only encouragement I can offer is to remmeber:

A bright light exists despite the darkness.
We all take steps backwards,
But overall, take more steps forwards than backwards.
We all make mistooks; the key is to learn from our mistakes.
You can rise up despite the saddness and darkness that is prevelant right now.
And remember Jerimiah 29:11 ~ I know the plans God has for you says the Lord; they are plans for good and not for evil - to give you a future and a hope.
