Let Us Be Thankful Let us be thankful, first of all for Love, The greatest power since all time began; For God is Love and all creation's gifts Are Love's own offering to the soul of Man. Let us be thankful for each loving friend Who lifts our spirit to a higher plane; Inspiring us to greater deeds of faith, Clearing our vision through the mists of pain. Let us be thankful for a little babe; A sunbeam from the very heart of God, Coming to us along the shining way Where only angel feet have trod. Priceless our gifts from an eternal source, And every perfect leaf upon a tree Is Love's creation… Let us then give thanks For all of Nature's wondrous mystery.
