I'm not sure what you mean by 'seriously'

Anyway, I don't think many Catholics take Marian doctrines seriously (like her "Immaculate Conception" and her bodily "Assumption" into heaven). I certainly don't.

I think that depends on what you mean by "seriously." Most Catholics I know accept the Marian doctrines you cite, but I doubt they'd defend them to the death or even be able to explain them.
