No, I don't think abstinence is the only choice, although it's probably the smartest one. There are lots of ways of understanding Christ's message; for me it means that you can do whatever you want as long as you love everyone, serve everyone and remember God. I know a lot of people disagree with that but at least as many agree.
If the boy does not want to be touched that way, it's rape. If he doesn't know and you are trying to manipulate him for your gratification, then it may as well be rape. If he really wants it then I think it's ok but remember that he needs to fully understand the long-term consequences. And I don't think anyone should ever lie about anything, although privacy is your business, so be prepared to say yes or at least be silent if someone asks you.
Anyway, the question's kind of academic; most of the opportunities for consensual love are so rare and unique that there's no fixed answer. Basically, it's between you and the boy and God.
