Jim: I was in no way intedning that Christo-centric boylove was the new Jerusalem to the movement, I was offering a historical praxis, with my own selective views, because I was ofering a relevance for Christian boylovers. I have great respect for Nambla, and the advocacy they do, and are very powerful as such. And my complaint was, as you stated, that the poepl fighting the movement are NOT religious boylovers of any sect: which is why I posed the question of the place of the Uniquely Christian boylover in the world of boylove at large. You are correct: the only thing I can see that the Christian Boylover is for Boylove in general is that he can offer an intensity of prayer that the non-religious can't, but the thing is that if one does not beleive in prayer than the Chrtian element in boylove is seemingly useless. We can offer revisonist Chrtian theories about Secret Gospels and Greco influence, but that is not uniquely Christian- that is simply scholarship. And so my own distinction on the Christian standpoint on fighting for liberation is prayer, and so the Christian must be convinced that praying for boylove is a worthwhile thing, for if a Christian boylover does not belive in prayer than this website should simply be BLF.
