Hey a real live born-again! Interesting, and how did this born-again come about, may I ask. I am certainly not a born again, and much more an intellectual-theorietical Christian. I usually have a grudge agaisnt fundamentalim, but I make exception's. I find that they say that "God is my All," when really that is not so. If you are not "confined to any label;" then you are above label, and ytou are in-yourself God. Subjective God expierence. That is what born-agaisnism is. "Me and My God and nothing else," God is a concept to be known in others, not in yourself. All we can know about God is what the world teaches us. God has no independence outside of the world, and is at the heart of the world, but is Himself confined to action-by-world. Everything we know about God, be it known or unknown, or admitting the unknown known, we still relate to our own mind, world, body. God is not some inner subjective truth to which belongs to oneself, but is indeed outside that self. We bring out what is within us, so that what is outside may come within. And what is outside is what is within. Man/God/World are not seperate entities: the three are equaly, and a triune imagery. God is not an All being, but a complex within the complex to which exceeds that of Himself. If there was no humanity, and no world God would not be, he would simply be. Without Us God is not God. God is contingent on man, and both are contingent on world.

I do respect born-againism though because it shows that somewhere within oneself there was an iota of transformation, and the outer absorbs that into Himself. I am a convert from atheism, but not born-again. To be born again is to imply that the first birth was flawed. To be born again is to accept something that one does not know. Thus to be born-again is to enter into the anti-human self, actually I think to be born-again is to become so fully human, once the fanatsicism wares down, that one loses his humanity.

I do ask how you reconcile your born-againism with your boylove? Literalist intpreatations leave one short of boylove. I feel that lust is a great gift of God, and it is not evil made good, but is good in-itself but can be made evil. ANything that is bigger than us, be it lust, anger, rage, love, etcetras... is of God: because God is what is beigger than us, but yet is appealing to Us because to know what is bigger we must know what is smaller. And so God, in itself is humanist, which is why we have Jesus. Lust for a boy can lead you to prison or to beloved mentor, depending on how it is used. Reason must invade lust, but reason is what makes us human, and emotions is what makes us God, and combinging the two we find Jesus.

I hope this helps my clarification. Anyway I do urge you, as I feel born-again prayers add more energy to the God of Man, and so your fervency will create a God who will attend to our unjust opression, and so pray for liberation of your own boylove, and the boylove of the world, and see how He answers.
God Speed

Postscript: Do you feel that boylove is born-again? Is it not a clear sign of oneself reverting to youth as his own inner-youth, represented by the outer, and made the inner? If man is born again it is boylove that brings about that birth, because love for boys is a love for the boy that we were, and are, yet we need that Other to reconcile. Just like God, we are born-again to Him to reconcile our own outside-inside Human self. My favorite question Jesus poses is simply "Why did you come out to the desert?" Ask your self that and include your boylove, your born-againism, and whatever else is a complex of your life, and then look at what link holds that all togther, and then look at what is linking that reflective link and you will see who "Splash" is.
