Well, the God thing has been good for me to explore, and I enjoyed writing back to your friend Ford Perfect. ========================================================================= Thanks for clarifying your position. Certainly, just because one is gay does not mean one will hurt a child. In fact, more heterosexual men hurt children than gay men. Fathers who throw their children into walls, curse at them, love them only if they win, or are not emotionally there for their kids cause much more harm than a gay man who is not involved daily in a child's life. Of course there are gay men, just as there are heterosexual men, who do harm children. Thus, we in this group have to continue to get involved in children's lives to help build them up and not tear them down. For these children who cry themselves to sleep every night here's a phrase borrowed from a former president: If not us, who? If not now, when? ~Once a Boy |
