and not strange. That's what we're about - sharing our struggle of being tempted sexually by boys. So stick around - tell us a bit more about yourself (without breaking anonymity); does anyone in real life know of your struggle - do you relate well to your church - do you currently have a YF (young friend)? Your experience sounds quite similar to what a lot of us seem to have been through, though the Internet is helping a lot of us to find one another now, and so avoid some of the grief of isolation. I'm 41, out as a BL to a small number of people in my church, and have a positive non sexual relationship with a couple of straightguys who are now 19 and 20, whom I've know for 5 years. My relationship with my church is in a mess, not particularly because of the BL issue. I hope this board becomes as valuable to you as it is to me - over the past 15 months it and emails I have exchanged with people from it has been a major support and encouragement; I do recommend you get a goplay address and start to make new friends amongst us! |
