Well....there are different kinds of Boylovers and different kinds of Gays, and different interpretations of the bible and homosexuality. I think you can easily be a boylover and a Christian. In fact, I think God made boylovers for a special purpose and a special need. There are soooo many boys out there that need attention from a male adult friend, a father figure. Boylovers can at least attempt to fill this void. What's non-Christian about being a boylover? A sexual attration? As long as that attraction stays in your big head and not the little one....it's not a problem. I think one can be gay and Christian at the same time. In my opinion, the anti-homosexual language in the bible deals with homosexual sex, and not the orientation of being gay. If one were to be gay, and celibate, one could certainly be a Christian.....and not be sinning in a sexual way. Of course, we all sin every day in one way or another, anyway. Not that is an excuse for intentional sin. Jesus died for our sins so we could experience God's grace. Also, there are some that are of the opinion that the anti-homosexual language in the bible is a.....misinterpretation. I would say that it's up to the individual to carefully, prayerfully, consider their own interpretation of scripture and come to their own conclusions. |
