I'm glad Tom Cole seems to be happy now, but I do wonder what your intent was when posting this. Are you suggesting that all gays are in the same situation as Tom Cole is? That they all can be leading a happy heterosexual lifestyle, just as long as they are prepared to 'go for God'? I can't speak for the gay people here, 'cause I'm not attracted to men myself, but I am a boylover (yup a pedo!). Are you suggesting I can get rid of these feelings? I would be very interested to learn how that can be done. I have tried praying for years, but I still feel attracted to boys. I was raised in a christian environment, mum and dad are still both around, have never been abused and don't have problems relating to my peers. I have learned to accept my feelings (since God doesn't see intent on removing them, I suppose they are there to stay) as a part of me, I don't feel guilty about what I feel. I didn't choose what I feel, so I can't be held acountable for that. I can and will be held acountable for my actions however and so will you. I'd be interested in talking to you some more. Maybe you'd be interested in knowing what we think and believe if you are trying to save us? I'm sorry if I seem to react negatively (I tried to be nice in this post, though), but we have had more that our fair share of people who stop by and post a few posts about how we 'can be cured and saved', but they hardly ever bother talking to us, when things get a bit more complicated. Things like this can make one cynical after a while... Take care, zip
