Again I agree! I seem to be having trouble expressing myself correctly, perhaps the word "can't" was the wrong word. What Im trying to say is that, as Christians we are called to be Holy as God is Holy and not to give into the desires of the flesh(although many times we will) but to be transformed by the renewing of the mind. Of course we will sin, none of us can live up to God's expectations, because none of us (including me)are perfect, as Christ is. But we must attempt to live a life pleasing to God, knowing full well that there will come a time when we, WILL fail him & sin. I agree we should except that none of us are perfect and that, we are all sinners however, we should attempt to be a reflection of Christ, even though we will often fail. We should at least, attempt not to sin and give into temptations, but rather rely on God to grant us the strength to overcome the temptation. We all have a choice as to, whether or not we give into sin or not. Yes, God loves us despite our sin, I NEVER said he didn't! Yes, we should love one another, thats Gods commandment. Im sorry if you feel that what I said is something that, tears people down, thats certainly not what I want to do. |
