"Thou shalt not lie with a man as with a woman" Is that the correct Hebrew to English translation? You're a biblical scholar then, I take it? The difference you aren't seeing is that, in your argument, homosexuality itself is a sin, but only certain heterosexual acts are sinful... I'm sorry if you can't see that, it's clear as day to me... You know Hebrew, do you? Much of the old testament is garbage... Much of the bible is contradictory... It is generally accepted that 'love' is universally good... But you would have us believe that the love of a man for a man is sinful? What's not making sense again? I don't remember what part of the bible I read that many supposedly said condemned homosexuality, but it seemed clear to me that what was being condemned was the prostitution, the slavery, etc. Sprite. |
