Thanks for the introduction Webster. I would like to know more about your struggles. Maybe you could tell us why you think your church involvement dropped off. I've been angry with God at times, and told Him so. But I have always known in my heart that God could not be to blame. It helps me to express my feelings honestly to God in prayer. After all, he knows what we're thinking anyway. It forces me to examine my motives and feelings, and that has helped me to change. There was a period in my life when I stopped going to church and started searching because the answers I needed weren't being given where I was. I finally found the answers I was looking for with another group of believers. It seems to me the Bible has a lot to say about searching for the Truth, and the rewards for doing so. Being a boylover has given me even more reasons for searching, and the rewards have been well worth the effort. I would like to help you some way if I could. I've started by including you in my prayers. Hope to hear more from you. Celibate |
