For me the theological issues of a sexual relationship with a boy as such are a side issue, overshadowed by the greater debate over whether any two guys of any age should have a sexual relationship. I take the bottom line that a sexual relationship has got to be for life - that is what I unambiguously see in Genesis 2 and in Jesus' reference to that scripture when asked about divorce. I don't know too many boys who are ready to commit themselves to a sexual relationship for life...(I don't think it's completely unknown, though). Fod |
