to see you. Zip and I have become close and he was telling me no more than you were having a bad time. And I remember seeing a somewhat of a farewell message on BC and I started to worry so much about you myself. Zip told me about how how great of a guy you were and I was upset that I had not gotten to know you and now I feel as if I have a new chance.

Let me tell you a modern day parable I heard from a friend at camp. There is a couple. And they started going out early in high school. They'd always hold hands and stuff like that. And on his 16th birthday, the boy got a pickup truck. And they would always go out in the truck and the girl would sit right next to him with practically no space between them. They went to college together and the pickup truck went with them. They'd always go places sitting next to each other and hold hands.

After time, they graduated college and got married. They had a few kids. Their marriage was wonderful. And one day they were riding in a newer pickup truck they had gotten a few years past. But one thing was different. They were alone again. And they loved their time alone. But the wife realized something. Through the years, inches and feet came between them and they were now sitting at opposite ends of the pickup truck.

The wife was so deeply upset by this revelation that she asked her husband, "Do you remember when we were much younger and we'd always sit next to each other with nothing seperating us? Why don't we do that any more?"

And her lover just looked at her and said, "My dear sweet wife... I've never moved."

That's one of my favorite lessons. I love telling it. And it truly shows how we really are like that wife. We inch our way away from God and then start to worry why we aren't the way things used to be. And nothing will happen until we inch our way back. Because he's not moved. But he's just waiting for us to ask and waiting to help bring us back to Him.

God bless you Webbie. You have a wonderful heart from what I've read on the boards and from my friends. I hope we can start a friendship and I hope that your relatoinship can be renewed with Christ.

In His hands,
Huck Finn
