Hi Jordan -- I'm an OF ( = Old Fart, or, as I prefer, Older Fellow :) so let me fill you in. Back in ancient times, before it became politically inconvenient, gay men routinely included among their number "chicken queens" or "chicken hawks". The terms were usually used to describe men who were attracted to teen boys under 18. These labels could also refer to men who were attracted to prepubescent boys, although such men rarely frequented gay circles. Since I had an eye for teens, I became known among my gay friends as a chicken queen. Did I accept it? Well, I certainly didn't quarrel with them about the label. That would have been pointless: gay men are not inclined towards delicate language when talking among themselves. I was not a molester or a predator. My gay friends knew that. They also knew what I liked, and they labelled it the only way they knew how. -- Bonzo |
