it depends on the question...

We frame debates by questions, and the way we ask a question will have a strong effect on the course of the debate. Instead of questioning sexual attraction, I think it is more helpful to discuss love and how we marginalize those who are different from ourselves out of fear.

What I struggle with most is how society views boylove and boylovers, and how to live as God created me without endangering myself or a young friend for whom I care deeply.

Yes, I agree. And I think that the church has a responsibility to help us. Christians see clearly the need for marriage counselling, yet how do they support and nuture boylovers? They want people to have life-giving and loving relationships, yet they sometimes speak of boylovers in hateful and evil terms. How can we make the church accountable to love us?

Can you imagine how society as a whole could be transformed if Christians truly loved society's outcasts?

Peace of Christ,
Bach
