What does the word repent mean? To turn around, and look the other way! What happens when you constantly look at your problems, and concentrate on them... It is all you seem to see and think about. What happens when you repent and turn around and look at Christ? It is He you think about and concentrate upon. Then...where are your problems? Behind you.... Sounds so simple doesn't it....actually it is. Who is the accuser of the brethren? satan.... If you repent, your turn..If you ask forgiveness you are forgiven. Keep your eyes on the forgiver...not the problem...It will dwindle in significance. Not overnight....but...you gotta be somewhere? We are overcomers, aren't we? Gideon |
