I read John Paulk's autobiography and read about how he turned away from homosexuality. But I also read about his visit to a gay bar in DC a few months back. He told his superiors he was only in there a few moments and it was to go to the restroom. Others say he was in there for a few hours and that he did not seem like an "ex-gay" to them, whatever that means. He is still at Focus on the Family but he is no longer the Chairman of Exodus International, the premier ex-gay ministry. I believe the board asked him to step down after the gay bar incident. I have no idea what is in John's heart. I do know, however, that God loves him whether he is gay or not. --Cherub |
