A calling that in the experience of those whom I've known called to it gives them no choice. My response is that you should reject that option FOR NOW unless God makes it overwhelmingly clear that it the way ahead now; it may be the case that you will be called to it later. Remember - Jesus's ministry didn't start till he was 30 and most of the disciples were in established jobs from which Jesus called them. On a practical level, it is a good test of a call to the full time ministry that others are seeing it in you, and suggesting it. Is that happening? I hope that helps..... |
