The God you described earlier seems more incompetent than omnipotent. Let's see.....he unwittingly gives men the freedom to choose to love him or not without realizing they'd completely screw up his plans in the process. Thwarted by these puny beings he finds he must visit horrors on them in order to get them to "choose" the way he'd intended. I could get things my way using methods like that.....it seems to me your God is no better than we are. ---Ford |
