Man, I'm sorry you took out your brother like that. I figure you must be feeling dead awful about it ;( I'm glad to hear you've recovered some of your good spirits (the heart ones, not the 40% proof ones).

I hope you and your brother will be able to talk to each other again, once the court decided whatever punishment is fair. I hope it won't be more than you can bear.
