What you've described is one of those instances in which I believe we are allowed to share in the love that exists between the Father and the Son. Indeed, the Holy Spirit comes to us in mysterious ways. It allows us, at least to some extent, to imagine what the perfect love God has for us must be like and how painful it would be to be separated from it. ---Ford |
