I think at least 90% of us have felt as you do, not really understanding the feelings or relief at finding a board like this. I first found this place about 1 and a half years ago on the brink of depression, I felt like I was going to have a breakdown (I'm young compared to a lot of the folks here though, I'm 15 now) but the responses were all reassuring and from the heart. When I was absent after that for a good few months and came back, people remembered me and greeted me as if I posted here every day. I hope to see a bunch more of your posts here, it looks like you've got some good stories to tell of your job and such, and I'll be glad to hear what you have to say and give my own opinions. Though text based communication like this has many limitations, it is always comforting to know that another human being can understand me, something which I had never felt before I came here (at least not in the sense that brings us all here) So Welcome, hope you have a good time here :) -Altima |
