Our Church policies on Child Sexual Abuse often talk about protecting children, but how can we really make true progress if we are shutting out the very people who [it is presumed] are at-risk in harming them?


Minor-attracted adults must commit themselves to refraining from --- sexual contact with young people [where s]uch contact will bring about pain and confusion, [or] creat---[e] havoc in the lives of both the young person and the adult.
