What if we aren't trying to "evangelize" people to the BL Religion? Yes, I agree that this process of self-realization is what will ultimately bring healing and love for all of our neighbors. But, what I'm talking about is a mission... a mission to love our enemies by helping them understand -- on their terms -- what it means to struggle with the pedophile condition, both from a societal and ecclesiastical vantage point. By loving church members who don't understand us, I hope that God and the Holy Spirit might work in them so that they are inspired to embark on this process of self-discovery we are refering to. It is my experience that those I have shared with have seen God working in my life, and have decided to seek out that love for their own healing and well being. Maybe this is a bit farfetched... that's what I meant by radical. Peace of Christ, Bach |
