It must sounds more than a little pathetic is a 15 year old's only friend is his father. Sounds to me if your only friend is your Da, then you've got the Best Friend any boy could ever hope for! My YF is close to your age, maybe a bit older. He's doing exams to get into university, but he's struggling with it, trying to bring his grades higher. So just remember, you're not alone :) Wouldn't it be cool if we could get you to write to each other, you could commiserate each other over school. He's not much of a correspondent though. I'm still waiting for his photos from ages back... ;) Recently, I've been plagued by dreams of a life that feels so good it makes my own life feel even more unbearable when I return to it, but I'll save that for another post. I'll look forward to it. I wonder if it's the phase of the moon of something. I've been exceptionally tortured lately about being away from my YF, and dreaming of the good life of being together. But alas, we have to live in reality. *sigh* Might as well enjoy it and make the most of it, this thing we call life. Bye now Fod |
