Hello CB, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who found out about the reposting of CBF through the grapevine. I have a similar relationship with my YF that you had with Tony. C is graduating highschool next month. Did I actually say that??? It will probably be the last time I see him for some time; he's going off to college on a full music scholorship and has a steady girlfriend who he will probably marry. Do I feel remorse for him not contacting me?? I couldn't be prouder of him, and as far as I'm concerned, what time I did spend with him growing up was growing up for me too. I enjoy what time we had and he outgrew me naturally,m which is how it should be. I don't think you need to feel guilt over not contacting him. I know he is very proud of you and you had a very good friend at a time you needed one. That is all part of God's great plan and how He works to provide what we need at the times we need them. Talking with someone openly about BL can be a very enriching experience if it is a trate you both share. I recently spent some time with a person who knew I was a BL, although he is not, but we both had a mutual respect for kids and he completely trusted me around those he works with. Use your best judgement, let God lead the way, pray, and you will know when the time is right. I wish you well, and many blessings. Oliver |
