Hi ASB, Thanks for your question. There are quite a few scriptures that I would refer to, specifically Matthew 5:28 - But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Romans 1:27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion. While neither masterbation nor boys are mentioned in here, it certainly does allude to the fact that Jesus did not want us to lust after ANYONE, for that turns God's beauty into an idolized object, rather than something to love. I do believe that occasional masterbation is not a horrible thing, but when it becomes an end, rather than a means and when it is based on clearly lustful activity, it crosses the border. I realize that my views are rather strong. Not having been here in a while, I would say that my heart has become more strongly convicted against my own sins. You are not alone. Ben |
