Hey Ben,,,,, I understand and agree,,,,,,,nothing in our lives should be all consuming,,,,,,so yes,,,,if Masturbating is taking up all your mind and strength,,,,yep,,,,,then it's definately time to get it under control. Just wanted to make sure you understood,,,,that masturbating in and of itself,,,,,,is not a sin,,,,at least not as I understand it. But anything is sin,,,that comes between you and serving your God. Anything that is compulsive,,,,would fit in that definition as to how I believe.
