This is going to be difficult for anyone to answer. I cannot comment on the dream, since I cannot experience it. I would suggest that you ask yourself "How do I know this dream is from God?"

I'd point out 1 Corinthians 10:13: "No Temptation has taken you except what is common to man. But God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able to bear, but will make with the temptation the way out so you may be able to endure it."

So, one of two things is possible:
1.) The dream is not really from God
2.) You haven't found the exit yet.
