so true indeed. We can't prevent thoughts or feelings from arising, but as you point out, we can and should do our best not to act upon those thoughts that are sinful in nature. "You can't stop birds from flying overhead, but you can stop them from building nests in your hair." LOL I like that, it sums it up perfectly!
