I'm Lutheran and it's the position of the ELCA that the Bible is "definitive for all matters of faith and morals."

That said, I'd point out that we Lutherans are having an on-going debate concerning homosexuality and what ELCA's stance should be. And we can see that there are different possible interpretations of those passages usually quoted in concerning the gay life.
